Incumbent shall possess relevant experience in the field of power transformer ,manufacture with specific focus on the VDP and post ovening experience up to 132kV transformers. Should be able to work as per the SOPs laid down and shall be well conversant with the production norms and the related areas. Incumbent shall have full knowledge of the processes involved in the manufacture with clarity on the activity planning and manpower management
