Job Purpose:
To support international sales and end-to-end project execution of power and distribution transformers, ensuring timely order processing, client communication, documentation, and coordination across departments for smooth delivery and post-order support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Business Development
Assist in identifying new international clients, EPCs, and utility companies.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, tenders, and RFQs in coordination with the design and costing team.
Support the Manager in negotiations and closing export orders.
Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline reports.
Project Management & Coordination
Act as the single point of contact for assigned export orders from order receipt to final dispatch.
Coordinate with internal departments: Design, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance for order execution.
Track progress against project timelines and resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure adherence to client specifications, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
Client & Documentation Handling
Liaise with clients on project updates, document submissions, and approval requirements.
Manage all export documentation including Proforma Invoice, Letter of Credit (LC), Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Bill of Lading.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics for shipment planning and execution.
Post-Sales Support
Assist with warranty claims, service requests, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely submission of project reports, certificates, and other close-out documentation.
