He shall be responsible for the Mechanical Maintenance function for Unit-4.
Job description:
The role requires mechanical maintenance of Plant and machinery. He shall be working with Manager- Mechanical maintenance. Brief responsibilities are as given below
- Support for Annual Preventive Maintenance planning
- Support for Monthly PPM planning
- Support for OPEX planning for Spares & Consumables
- Executive & monitor PPM plans
- Resource allocation for PPM and routine shift management
- Material indenting & ERP up-dation
Your responsibilities:
• Manage 3M resources (Man, Machine, Material) to ensure minimal downtime
• Strive to reduce downtime
• Escalate issues or obstacles affecting PPM plan to Head E&M
• Liaise with other managers or external agencies to ensure compliances
Knowledge & Skill sets expected:
• 5 plus years’ experience in Mechanical maintenance (Preferably in a transformer factory
• Sound knowledge of Plant & Equipment maintenance
• Technically sound on various aspects of mechanical engineering
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
Qualification & Experience:
1.BE/B-Tech (Mech) or Diploma (Mech)
2.Min 5 years' experience for BE/B-Tech or min 8 years' experience for Diploma
