He shall be responsible for the Industrial Engineering function for Unit-4.
Job description:
The role requires management of Industrial Engineering function including new tool developement & Industrial Engineering practices. He shall be working with Engineer-IE. Brief responsibilities are as given below
- Management of process equipment - Oven, VPD & Oil management
- Ensure Uptime for process equipment
- Ensure equipment performance
- Maintain stock for Spares & Consumables
- Participate in conduction PPM with Elect & Mech teams
- Monitoring of Equipment operation
Your responsibilities:
• Manage Process equipment (Oven, VPD, Oil management) to ensure minimal downtime
• Ensure effective & optimized equipment utilization
• Escalate issues or obstacles affecting Equipment operation to Manager IE
Knowledge & Skill sets expected:
• 0-2 plus years’ experience in Process equipment maintenance (VPD, Oven, Oil management is preferred)
• Good knowledge of IE practices
• Knowledge of various aspects of Industrial engineering
• Proficient in MS Office
Qualification & Experience:
1.BE/B-Tech (Industrial Engg/ Mech) or Diploma (Industrial Engg/Mech)
